Welcome, my name is Andy Dane Carter.

First and foremost, I am passionate about people and real estate. I am committed to helping people thrive in their businesses and investment power so they can be in alignment with their SUCCESS mindset. My UNLOCK NOW program is a platform to support your MINDSET with knowledge that gains leverage in your true potential for investing in your legacy.

My passion for helping people is at the core of my being. From my family, friends, co-workers, clients, investors, and business partners my passion is to serve my community. Everything I know today about business and building a life beyond my wildest dreams comes from building relationships with people. Most of my clients, investors, students, and employees say that my relentless drive and my addiction to growth and expansion in my business and my personal life is infectious and inspiring. People always say, “Why do you wake up at four or five in the morning?” My response is always the same, “Why would I sleep in when I can make a difference?”
Being successful to me is not just making money. It is an overall well-rounded balance of life and it truly is a lifestyle which I’ll explain. First, I am a real estate expert in all areas of real estate. Buying, selling, investing, developing, trusts, probates, distressed properties, flipping, holding long term for wealth building, I eat and sleep real estate. It is something that I have a deep, deep passion for and I love the deal. I am an acquisitions specialist as well as a liquidator. I have skills in negotiations that even I wouldn’t want to be negotiating with myself. I’ve been hustling and grinding for as long as I can remember. I had my first job when I was 12 years old because I wanted to buy a wetsuit so I could surf here in Southern California all year round. I was born in Long Beach and raised in Seal Beach, California. I’ve traveled the world and still love calling Long Beach my home.

For me, real estate is fun. It’s exciting, it’s scary. It’s all of these things all rolled into one and it’s an amazing way to build wealth, generational wealth, that could change your children’s children’s lives. I have successfully bought, sold, built, developed, flipped, held for my investors, bought for my investors over half a billion dollars in real estate. I’ve done this from stuff that’s 30 to 40 thousand, all the way up to multiple millions of dollars and everything in between. But my biggest accomplishment is not in my financial success, not in how much money I have in the bank and not how many properties I own, my biggest accomplishment is my family.

I am a husband and I’m a dad of two amazing boys, Jackson and Grayson Carter. They are the light of my life. They are my ‘why’, and I love my family deeply. I am very blessed and extremely grateful for everything that I have. I’m extremely grateful for where I’ve been, where I’m at and where I’m going. For me, I’m in a continuous state of gratitude. I work extremely hard, but I also turn my phone on airplane mode twice a day. This is crucial in the work-life balance part. From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., my phone goes on airplane mode. No texts, no emails, no social media, just family. Just me at home, with my family connecting with my family. I put the kiddos to bed and turn my phone back on from 8 to 10 p.m. to finish out the day and then I turn my phone back on airplane mode from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

What I do best without question is problem solve. I help my clients get unstuck. I help my investors make millions of dollars in real estate. I help my business development clients step into their own power and lead from the backend with marketing strategies, employee relationships, strategies to build and run an incredible human resources department, goal setting with your employees, management teams and executives. I problem solve issues in marketing and maximizing full returns on investments. What I’ve learned over the years between small business, medium business to big business, there is always a wealth of opportunity for new marketing strategies and tools to trim the fat internally and maximize returns.

Yes, if you were paying attention, I’m up at 4am, but I don’t turn my phone on until 7 a.m. Why, you ask? Because this is my sacred time. This is the secret of the day. My sacred time. I wake up and while my mind is still, I go into a 20 minute meditation. I create space for my day in this meditation. I quiet my mind. I don’t let the day come to me before I am ready for the day. This is a non-negotiable for me.

After my 10 minute meditation I sit in silence. I sit in silence for 10 minutes and I sit in gratitude. I sit in gratitude for where I’ve been, where I’m at and where I am going. I am on this path. This path that I am co-creating and I take responsibility for where I was, where I’m at and where I’m going.

Then after my 10 minutes of gratitude, I work out. Some days it’s yoga, some days it’s running, some days it’s rowing, some days it’s the gym, some days it’s cycling, stretching, something to get my body in motion, moving my body to put me in full power, to fire up my body, to fire up my cells, my engine and get my body and my mind ready for the day.

After my workout, I fuel my body with an amazing smoothie of greens and veggies and fruit or whatever I feel my body might need for that day depending on what the day looks like. At this point, my kiddos are waking up and I begin breakfast for the family. I cook breakfast for my family every day. Yes, every day. Monday through Sunday, unless I’m not home or in town, but if I’m home, I’m making breakfast. It’s my time to cook and give thanks to my family and to spend time with them before the day can come at me sideways. This is crucial. I don’t let my companies, my investors, my business partners, my clients run my day. I run my day and I create my day from a place of space. Your day can come at you sideways, and when you’re ready for it, you can catch it. When you’re not ready for it, it can knock you down.

Creating my day from as soon as my eyes open sets the tone for my day. If I turn on e-mail or text message before 7 a.m., I might be dealing with a firestorm before I’m actually ready for battle. Some days, I go to war. Some days I don’t. But, the days that I’m prepared for war, it just feels like a little battle instead of World War Five. I get ready for my day through morning rituals to find balance, space and power.

I believe we carry the keys to our success daily.  You carry your set of keys to unlock your reality. The key is to use them and use them often. You make the choice of  unlocking a life you only dream of. I help guide you to UNLOCK YOUR POWER NOW.

I help all kinds of people. I love people. I help yoga teachers, massage therapists, small business owners, restaurant owners, large companies, CEOs, and CFOs of million dollar companies that have a lot of employees who are depending on their leaders to lead. I help a lot of different people lead from the front end and strategize from the backend. If you are self employed or you have 5,000 employees, it’s all the same. You really need to understand yourself and be wildly self-aware of how you tick and how to put the best version of yourself forward, daily.

I help people truly unlock their potential to success, find how they can maximize their life, and really align with who they are. Success looks very different for everyone. Some people it’s financial success. Some people want 2 percent body fat. Some want to travel and some want to give back and change the world. Everybody is on their own very unique path and it’s beautiful to watch, and it’s beautiful to help people maximize their potential. I am so lucky and so blessed to be on this journey.

What I have, what I have in my life, I can teach and I’ve been teaching. Trust me, I’ve helped a lot of students, business owners, business coaches, CEO, real estate moguls, celebrities, you name it. I’ve helped a lot of different people find their ‘amazing’ and step into their power.

I love real estate. I love business marketing. I love to help people. I love to educate. At my core I am a people person, but I will close with, “It’s not how much money you make, but it’s how much money you keep.” If you’re truly looking to change your life, start a business or company, buy real estate, or purchase your first investment property that sets you on a trajectory that’ll change your life, then start NOW. You can retire at 40. You can retire at 30 if you start early enough. You just have to start.
